Prepping..

Walked 1 hour = 2.5 miles on treadmill = 2.5 mph while watching Doomsday Preppers.

Weigh 170.5 now, GAD! Drank all of my water today 8 8oz cups of water plus 4 cups iced coffee and it's only 4:30pm.

Did eat 2 scrambled eggs with ham and onions and grn pepper

Made meatloaf yesterday for tomorrow and Monday dinners.

Need to get stocked up on T.P., may have to wait until Marcus comes home.

Need to regroup my prepping plans and get packs ready. Recheck food stores and start reading country prep books and Red Cross Book.

Need to get totes together and put together stores already have.

Need to pitch/use old stuff in freezer.

Put new flashlights away in packs so Daniel does not use and we can use if we need to.

Need to put grill torches away and need to find a small bag of charcoal.

Lunch: ate rice (from freezer) with leftover ham, and some mixed veggies from freezer, Daniel liked.

Daniel napped from 2:15 - 4:45. Waking him up now.

Go go go!
